The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) is now accepting nominees for the third annual PROPANE Exceptional Energy Homebuilder Awards. Presented at the International Builders'' Show in January 2005, the awards will recognize two homebuilders who consistently and innovatively fuel their building projects with propane. One award is given for homes above $250,000 and another for homes below the $250,000 mark.
Nomination forms are available at the PERC website, click here. The deadline for submissions is October 1, 2004.
Homebuilders and propane retailers have been construction partners for years, with propane now fueling more than 8 million homes nationwide. From remote luxury homes in the country to suburban developments fueled by central storage tanks, builders turn to propane to give their homebuyers options for luxury appliances and boost customer satisfaction. Every year, PERC recognizes the very best examples of builders and propane retailers working together in the spirit of innovation, cooperation, and mutual financial success.
Winning nominations receive a complimentary trip to the 2005 International Builders'' Show in Orlando, FL (January 13-16, 2005) where they will be honored in a public award ceremony sponsored by PERC.
Builders and developers should speak to their local propane retailers to be nominated. For more information, contact Jason Seymour, on behalf of PERC, via email (jseymour@porternovelli.com) or by phone at (202) 973-5825. An industry panel will judge all nominations later this year. All nominations are due by October 1, 2004.
