Laura Croft, Trinity Tank, has been appointed by President Ron Adams to the MPGA Board as an At-Large Director.  Croft's appointment comptetes the 30-member board.

Karlton Nash was re-elected as President of MLPGA, Inc., at the annual shareholder meeting on August 2.  Other officers are: Ray Higgins, Vice President; Directors - Johnna Morgan, Rob Goodrich, Wayne Jackson and Myron Scott.  Steve Ahrens is Secretary/Treasurer.  The Board also voted to pay a dividend to the parent company at the end of the fiscal year.  MLPGA, Inc. is a wholly owned, for-profit subsidiary of the MIssouri Propane Gas Association.
